Kristen Anne Bell (born 1980) is a popular American actress and singer. The actress was born in Huntington Woods and raised there. She's the daughter Lorelei Frygier as well as Tom Bell. She is the daughter of a Polish and her father is German, English Irish and Scottish. Kristen discovered her passion for entertainment as a young age. In 1992, she attended her first audition and won an appearance in Raggedy Ann and Andy. Bell was appointed by her mom as an agent at the age of was only 13 years old. She was then chosen for the newspaper advertisements and commercials on TV. As well as having private lessons and acting lessons, she started her career around that time. Bell appeared on the screen in Polish Wedding (2000) in 1998 in a role that was not credited to her. Bell was a member of the Drama and Music Club of Shrine Catholic High School. The Wizard of Oz production in her high school earned Bell the role of the lead Dorothy part. Bell then moved to New York City, to the Tisch School of the Arts. She was a musical theatre student at the Tisch School of the Arts. in 2001 Bell left university to perform the part of Becky in Tom Sawyer. In the same year, she starred in Pootie Tang, but the scene in which Bell made an appearance was cut. In the end, there is only a credit sequence. Bell appeared featured in the Broadway revival of The Crucible starring Liam Neeson as well as Angela Bettis.
