Antonia Lofaso
Antonia's Lofaso invites you to discover her worldview by the food she cooks. Her curiosity grew as she moved from her home in the Long Island suburbs to explore the diverse culture of Los Angeles. Cavatellis and carnitas mingling on the same menu is her belief. What remains, however, with her food is a singular vision towards the future, while also reminiscing about the previous. Scopa Italian Roots is a restaurant founded by Lofaso in the year 2013. It was founded by the chef as a result of her heritage as an Italian-American. The restaurant's take on classic Italian is hailed as one of the most compelling places to enjoy Italian cooking in Los Angeles. Lofaso is consistently highly acclaimed by patrons of Scopa's because the food is real and utterly pleasing. Lofaso studied from chefs who employed sophisticated methods. She didn't hesitate to take extreme risk to follow her instincts. As she rose up the ranks and transforming several Los Angeles high-profile restaurants while working with high-profile stars. Lofaso created Black Market Liquor Bar with Sal Aurora and Mario Guddemi in Studio City, California. The bar was eventually able to get an outlet within Black Market as well as her partnerships. Lofaso was able to finally experience the freedom of expression she had longed for. Black Market's goal is not to limit itself by any means. The course could start with potato chips dill and shishito peppers followed by a lobster roll Korean wings and a succession of meatballs. What anchors this bold array of flavors is Antonia. Lofaso, throughout her professional career, has evaluated her the success of her show by how she is able to comprehend her audiences. Also, she stays in the same place she was. In the course of her career, both Top Chef Chicago episode and Top Chef: All Stars highlighted her capacity to be herself outside the cooking environment. In the years since she's maintained her career in front of cameras as a CNN's Restaurant Startup Judge and recurring appearances on the Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child. In 2012 Lofaso joined with Penguin to publish The Busy Mom's Cookbook 100 Recipes for Quick Delicious homemade Meals, which also recounts her struggles when she was studying at the world-class French Culinary Institute, and simultaneously caring for her child Xea. Lofaso believes that all her successes stem from her love of cooking and she is able to keep a finger on the pulse of the industry through her work in the kitchen. Chefletics changes the way we look at cookwear by focusing on design and function. What matters to Lofaso is adhering to your vision with this goal, she has launched Antonia Lofaso Catering, which will convey a more tailored method of providing customers with a distinctly personal experience.
